Description
We are accepting applications for Welcome Desk Team Members. This position is best suited for cheerful, outgoing, and dynamic individuals who enjoy the gym environment.
The role of a Welcome Desk Team Member is multi-faceted. This customer-focused position includes the majority of tasks required to run the gym on a day-to-day basis. You are expected to provide excellent service to our diverse group of customers, develop and maintain impactful connections with members, and guide new guests through the basic use of climbing equipment and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
Welcome Desk Team Members are responsible for:
- Explaining and demonstrating correct usage of climbing equipment and the facility.
- Monitoring climbing areas to ensure safety procedures are adhered to by climbers and spectators.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the climbing area and facility.
- Maintaining member files and waiver forms.
- Performing point-of-sale transactions.
- Building member relationships.
Requirements

- Have night and weekend availability.
