Nicole Capella

Nicole began her yoga journey in the Blue Ridge Mountains, while nursing a triathlon injury in college. She immediately fell in love with the duality of vinyasa yoga; it is both demanding and accepting, calming and inspiring, complicated and simple. She received her RYT200 from In Balance Yoga in 2013, and has taught students from all walks of life, and several styles of yoga, but specializes in teaching athletes vinyasa.

This class will develop anyone’s strength and flexibility. Each class involves a wide range of poses, arm balances, inversions, and stretches; students can opt in or out based on their comfort level. Expect a challenging, yet entirely achievable, class.

Anne Schweitzer

Anne became a Climb So iLL member in 2012; in addition to climbing, she also attended the gym's yoga classes regularly. Over time, Anne noticed that the focus and awareness she cultivated in her yoga practice enhanced her climbing, and the strength she developed through climbing allowed her to expand her yoga practice. Motivated by this experience, Anne received her RYT200 from YogaSource in the Fall of 2016 and has been teaching regularly since.

Students can expect to focus on connecting breath and movement, building strength and flexibility, and finding her or his own "edge." Anne asks students to share their expectations at the beginning of each class and incorporates this feedback into the asana (pose) sequence. This collaboration creates an inclusive environment that is ideal for students of all experience levels.
