Reservations

As part of our COVID-19 response plan, all climbers must make a reservation before visiting the gym. Reservations for each time slot open 72 hours in advance. These limited spaces are only available to those who are climbing. We are not allowing spectators into the gym at this time. We also ask that you limit your number of visits to no more than three per week in order to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to enjoy the gym.

What are your COVID-19 policies?

We ask that you wear a face mask while inside the gym, maintain a minimum distance of six feet from other climbers and team members, wash and sanitize your hands throughout your session, and avoid touching your face. If you and/or someone in your household are sick and have a cough, fever, shortness of breath, or other symptoms, please stay home.

Can I reschedule my climbing session?

Absolutely. You can reschedule by calling 314-621-1700. We can move your reservation to another time within a three day window.

In order to reschedule your session for a time and date beyond that window, we will cancel your reservation and ask that you make another reservation when those time slots become available.

When should I arrive for my climbing session?

Please arrive at the scheduled start time or any time after. We will not allow climbers to check in early. Our team uses the time in between sessions to clean and sanitize the gym.

I am a premium member and need to rent gear, but the reservation form does not list a premium member rental option. Do I need to pay for rental equipment?

If you are a premium member, you can disregard this section of the form. When you arrive, we will set you up with equipment.

Can I book a climbing session AND a fitness or yoga class on the same day?

Yes. If you would like to both climb and attend one of our fitness or yoga classes, you may make a reservation for the climbing session prior to or after that class.

We will ask climbers to leave during the break in between time slots so that our team can clean and sanitize the facility.

I have a Free Day pass or promotional coupon; how can I make my reservation?

Please call us at 314-621-1700, and we will make your reservation over the phone.
