Supplemental Workout


Here is the final supplemental workout! I’ll see you all next week for our final class.

Set your timers for 40 seconds on, 40 seconds off, 2x each! Try doing an active rest while you wait to do your 2nd set by running in place or doing jumping jacks.

Also, do a quick hangboard workout! Set your timer for 15 on, 15 off, 2x each.
