Supplemental Workout


Before you do this supplemental workout, climb for 45 – 60 minutes! This workout is comprised of exercises that are important for injury prevention (listed in column A) and cardio (listed in column B).

Set your timer for 30 seconds on, 15 off, 2x each with 45 seconds of rest between each station (A/B/A/B format). Feel free to repeat all of the exercises if you have more energy.
