Supplemental Workout


It was great meeting all of you (or seeing you again) tonight! Here is your first supplemental workout. If you have any questions, comment below, and I’ll get back to you ASAP. Hold yourself accountable to your weekly goal. I look forward to seeing you all next week!

Set your timer for 15 on, 15 off, 3x each. Take a 1 minute break after finishing all 5 exercises. Repeat the entire circuit 3x. (30 minutes total) 

  • Dead Hang (Either on the Pull-Up Bar or Hangboard)
  • Lemon Squeezer
  • Alternating Step-Back Lunges (Add Weights to Increase Intensity)
  • Plank
  • Squats (Add a Kettle Bell to Increase Intensity)
