Switch up your routine, and work out with other driven women.

This six-week program will enhance your climbing performance by helping you build strength, power, and flexibility. Expect a blend of circuit training, partner workouts, and climbing drills. These private classes take place in the facility’s training area.

The class focuses on finger strength, power, and injury prevention. The workouts are scalable and suitable for all fitness levels.

You will also gain access to supplemental workouts and the gym’s 24-hour training room. With these resources, you are encouraged to schedule additional workouts outside of class.
