WARRIOR’S WAY

This course directly addresses falling in order to improve commitment. Participants will practice progressive falling followed by movement, breathing, resting, and body/mind awareness exercises. Finally, participants will apply all of these techniques to a goal route. Upon successfully completing the course, participants will understand how to take appropriate risks and how to commit to those risks.

This clinic is taught by Warrior’s Way trainer Jon Richard, and the program is based on Arno Ilgner’s book The Rock Warriors Way.
