Responsibilities

• Conducting group and individual fitness sessions focusing on strength, endurance, flexibility, and technique improvement geared toward climbers.
• Developing and implementing exercise programs tailored to the needs and abilities of participants.
• Ensuring the safety of participants by demonstrating and enforcing proper techniques and protocols.
• Providing guidance and support to participants, offering constructive feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
• Promoting a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and fosters a sense of community among climbers.
• Collaborating with other staff members to organize and promote special events, workshops, and training programs.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading fitness sessions and providing personalized training to individuals and groups.
• Strong knowledge of fitness techniques, equipment, and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with participants of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and a positive attitude.
• Passion for promoting health and wellness through climbing activities and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
