Climb So iLL offers a variety of fitness-based classes throughout the week. Each class focuses on a different aspect of physical fitness in order to improve climbing performance by providing a well-rounded approach to health and fitness.

Participants are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations cannot be made in advance.


This interval-based fitness lab adheres to a specific format to provide a total body workout in 1 hour. Each workout is unique and no routines repeat.

The Running Group is a positive, social way to get off the couch and onto the pavement. Designed for runners of all abilities, each session takes the group on a minimum 4 mile run with the option of adding additional mileage after returning to the Power Plant.
