“…but I can’t even touch my toes!” Sound familiar? Many people are intimidated to attend a yoga class for fear that they are not flexible. If this is you – fear not – the yoga itself is what will help you feel more flexible and comfortable in your body. This class will challenge anyone’s strength and flexibility. A wide range of movements and stretches are given each class, and anyone can opt in or opt out to their comfort level. The class is taught in a playful manner; if you can’t do everything, it’s okay. Kelly is a strong teacher in that she likes to bring out her yoga students’ strength. Students often surprise themselves with what they can do.

ABOUT OUR YOGA CLASSES

Many of the yoga classes at Climb So iLL are inspired by the Ashtanga yoga tradition. Ashtanga is a purifying, healing practice that increases the strength in the body and frees the tightest areas, while promoting an inner calm. Each inhalation and exhalation are deliberate and create a visibly healthy body and clearer mind.

Please notify the teacher of any injuries before class. Physical adjustments are given to help deepen the practitioner’s practice. Please notify the teacher if this is not desired. Women past 4 months of pregnancy must have a strong established practice. Relax, and enjoy your practice!
